EXCEL CHARTING TEMPLATES--Stuart Harder, Owen White, Scott Born

6/24/07 If you have problems opening or other with the templates, please contact me and Stu.

Please note

* the file name of the template, ex: SCCFB_dcpm_v7_1,

* the version of Excel that you are using, ex: Excel 2003,

* the operating system of your computer, ex: Windows XP, ex: MacOS 8, and

* SPECIFIC problems with the template, ex: "Excel shuts down", or "can't open file with "corrupted file" message", etc.

This helps Stu to figure out what might be the problem, and helps me when I recheck the posted file. Thanks!

6/22/07

The Excel Charting templates are NOT compatible with OpenOffice Calc, and will not perform or chart correctly if used with that application. This is due to incompatibilities in visual basic language used in the macro programming of OpenOffice vs. Microsoft applications

Stuart R. Harder is a real gem and good guy in the field of Precision Teaching.

We all owe him a standing ovation of "thank you" for developing and freely sharing these charting templates to benefit Precision Teachers everywhere.

I'm sure that if you don't have questions, that a note of thanks would be appreciated :-).

THANK YOU STU!

Stu Harder has given permission for users to email him questions.

6/24/07 Thanks to Chris Ewing for pointing this out.

This template is not downloading or opening properly. Am currently troubleshooting and trying to upload a clean copy that works correctly. Will cause error on opening and Excel tries to repair unsuccessfully.

SCCFB_ycpy_v7_1.xls

Based on a six-cycle scale of .1 to 100,000. Use this template to display data with zero-count years as the template will place zero counts just below the record floor. (The record floor is usually set at 1.0 unless partial data years are present)
